Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tour Bainbridge makes every effort to serve our customers best. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler’s insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up to prevent you from taking your tour. If a reservation has to be cancelled, it must be done over the phone by calling our tour line @ +1 (833) 424-8687. Customers who cancel their tour will be refunded for the cost of the tour, minus a 20% processing fee of the total reservation price (including sales tax). If the customer requests not to be refunded, and instead prefers Tour Bainbridge to hold a credit for the purchase, the credit will expire one year from the purchase date. Any tours cancelled at the pick up or within the 5 day window prior to the scheduled dispatch time from our garage will not receive a refund of any kind.
